Studied accounting and finance in India and the UK; worked at the India Infrastructure Finance Company assisting in channelling long-term financing to viable infrastructure projects in India. He has experience of setting up entrepreneurial ventures in India and East Africa, particularly in healthcare. Through this, he has an acute understanding of the ease of doing business and regulatory matters in the healthcare market in East Africa.

Ashok also has experience of establishing a B2C presence online, particularly for the North American market.
